Our Age Groups
Ages 5 to 6
Younger members love our Multi-Active programme. It enables them to try lots of new activities such as parachute games, circle/ball games, swimming and lots more. In these sessions, our coaches often focus on developing core skills such as agility, coordination and communication.
Ages 7 to 9
This age group benefit from more different sports sessions. These are designed to enable learning and progression in a variety of sports, in addition to giving them a chance to develop their teamwork skills.
Ages 10 to 12
We know that teens enjoy a challenge which is why we channel their energy into each session of our Teen Active Programme. This focuses on sporting techniques for sports such as swimming and hockey, group challenges and individual pursuits designed to build confidence and team building.
